Salary £39,780-£55,000 Based on an hourly rate + overtime available

Are you a hands-on leader with skills in Welding and Fabrication? Or are you looking to step up into a management role?

One of Kent's largest structural and architectural metalwork companies is looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, drive project success, and lead a team of 10 skilled professionals. This company is thriving and Turnover is likely to double this year to 10million +

As the go between from the workshop to the Office and MD's your responsibilities will focus on getting work completed on time, quality and the welfare of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage with the workshop team
  • Oversee project production & assembly
  • Maintain top-quality standards
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Work closely with the engineering team to improve processes
  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks, stock issues & machine maintenance

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example , rolling up your sleeves when needed. A strong background in welding and fabrication is essential.
