Overview

We're urgently looking for skilled MIG Welders to work for a busy automotive manufacturing company in Warwick.

Both permanent & contract jobs available, with immediate starts on offer.

• 4 day working week (Monday - Thursday)
• Standard working hours 06:30 - 16:00
• Base rate GBP17.61/hour
• Plenty of overtime available, at premium rates
• Overtime Mon-Thu = GBP23.48/hr, all hours Fri & Sat = GBP26.42/hr, Sun = GBP35.22/hr
• Annual production bonuses also regularly paid

Candidate Experience

• ESSENTIAL: Experience in MIG & MAG welding, medium-heavy fabrication of steel (2mm to 10mm), welding/fabrication qualifications, ability to build and tack weld from drawings, spot visual faults, read and understand engineering drawings, multi-skilling flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills.
• DESIRABLE: Welding approval certificates, BSEN 287 approved coded welding, ability to use pendant crane, computer literacy
