Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for a Welderto work in their leading facility in Telford

The hiring manager would prefer someone who can do both MIG & TIG welding, but they are prepared to take someone who can do just MIG Welding.

For the successful Welder our client is offering;

• Starting pay rate of £15.00 per hour for days and £14.50 + 1.33% shift allowance for final 9 hours (£19.28 per hour)
• Day Shifts are 7:30am - 16:15pm - Monday to Thursday and 7:30am- 13:30pm -Friday's
• Night Shifts are 16:30pm- 05:00am - Monday to Thursday- 49 hours per week
• Temporary - Permanent position

• Monthly time keeping and attendance bonus once permanent

The Role - Welder

• MIG Welding
• Working on mild steel and stainless
• Fabrication
• Tacking and prepping orders
• Working from engineering drawings
• Metal Preparation

What our client is looking for in a Welder

• Proven previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• MIG Welding experience- ESSENTIAL
• TIG Welding- ADVANTAGEOUS
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings- ESSENTIAL

For the successful Fabricator Welders our client is offering:

• £14 per hour
• Monday to Friday 39.5 hours per week - 7:30 - 16:30 with a 1pm finish on Fridays
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Immediate weld tests available
• Overtime opportunities after 39.5 hours - Time and a third

The Role - Fabricator Welder:

• Manufacturing a range of products to include Staircases, Gates, Canopies, Balustrades etc
• Reading from engineering drawings
• MIG Welding
• Use of hand/power tools
• Use of machinery within the workshop

What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder:

• MIG Welding experience, TIG experience would be ideal but not essential
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools
• Able to weld test/start work as soon as possible
