Join Our Team as an every other weekend On-Call Supervisor! Earn £253.32 per month

Are you calm under pressure, great on the phone, and looking for a flexible role that makes a real difference? We’re on the lookout for a reliable On-Call Supervisor to support our emergency line for clients and care professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering emergency calls with professionalism and care

  • Logging follow-ups and updates in our system

  • Adding medications to client records

  • Checking care professionals are logged into their calls

  • Responding quickly to emergency situations

  • Covering staff absence if it occurs whilst on-call

When you’ll be needed:

  • Every other weekend: Saturday 8am – Monday 8am (no overnight availability required)

  • One evening during the week: 5pm – 10pm, plus 6am – 8am the following morning

  • Occasional holiday cover when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous care experience is a plus (but not essential)

  • Someone reliable, quick-thinking, and confident handling calls

  • Availability to commit to the above schedule
