Qualifications

• Proven technical experience in sprinkler/water mist system design.
• Experience of developing technical quotations/bids.
• Understanding of construction programs/building regulations.
• Creative in approach with positive customer relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
• Experience in a similar sales role in the fire protection industry.
• Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven IT skills with MS Office, AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly personality engaging with customers.
• Ability to present proposals to clients face-to-face or remote.
• Experience dealing with end users, insurers, and Main Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and proposal process for water mist projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Develop technical specifications and proposals based on customer needs.
• Liaise with engineers for technical input on quotations.
• Analyze financial and technical risks of projects.
• Submit quotations to clients and obtain feedback.
• Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and sales.

Skills
