• Current Valid Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial reviews and agree terms for new projects.
• Oversee cost monitoring and reporting across projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage monthly status reports on project profitability.
• Maximize sales opportunities with innovative solutions.

Skills

Experience with engineering contracts

Strong background in M&E or construction projects

Ability to operate GANTT charts

Success in delivering projects to deadlines

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or engineering
