Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our BAE Systems contract based in Blackburn. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Manager to ensure an effective warehouse operation that meets key performance indicators and exceeds customer expectations. You’ll lead a team of Multi‑Task Operatives (MTOs), driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a secure and safety‑focused environment.

This is a part‑time, permanent position. You’ll work Thursday & Friday, covering the hours of 14:15 till 00:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Motivate and manage your team to achieve and exceed performance objectives
• Ensure efficient operations across goods in, packing, kitting, goods out, loading, and unloading
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity to contractual levels
• Drive Health & Safety compliance through proactive risk assessments and team engagement
• Monitor performance, attendance, and training needs, ensuring a skilled and flexible workforce
• Support disciplinary and grievance processes when required
