Overview

Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a hands-on approach and a knack for team leadership? We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy operations team and help drive performance, safety, and efficiency in a busy environment.

Role

You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely picking, packing, and deliveries. You'll lead and support a small team, prioritising workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The working pattern is Monday to Friday 2am to 11am.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, allocating and monitoring workloads
  • Ensure all orders (IRFs) are picked, processed, invoiced, and dispatched on time
  • Coordinate deliveries and plan loading schedules
  • Support staff development through cross-training and on-the-job coaching
  • Assist with stock control and ensure accurate computer records
  • Maintain warehouse systems and ISO9002 compliance
  • Promote a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Help manage packing consumables and equipment maintenance
  • Step in for the Warehouse Manager when required
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader role
  • Licensed four-way forklift driver
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and team coordination skill
  • Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and ISO procedure
  • Confident using warehouse systems and invoicing tool
  • Ability to distinguish between different materials/products
