Overview

We are excited to be working with a well established Logistics Company who have a fantastic permanent full time opportunity to join their team in Fair Oak, Hampshire. Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to provide all round warehousing supervision.

Role

Our client is looking to recruit someone with strong leadership skills and can be part of the company's continued success. The ideal candidate will have an in-date counterbalance licence with recent experience, strong warehouse supervisory experience along with having a hands-on approach to assist in all areas of the warehouse when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the warehouse staff
• Handballing and general manual handling duties
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Palletising stock and dealing with discrepancies
• Completing inventory checks
• Checking paperwork and updating the warehouse management system
• Ensuring all Health and Safety compliance is followed at all times

Qualifications/Experience

• Warehouse supervisory
• Counterbalance licence required, ideally 1 year's experience
• Have strong attention to detail and able to pick and pack orders safely and accurately
• Be adaptable, reliable, honest and flexible to assist with all aspects of Warehouse / Pallet Network Operations
• Good IT skills utilising modern scanning technology

Working Hours

• Between the hours of 6am and 6pm, working 45 hours per week
• Overtime required on Saturday mornings on a 1 in 3 rota basis during busy periods
