Working Hours: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts: 5:00am – 1:00pm and 1:00pm – 10:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within a busy operation in Yate. If you’re confident managing people, processes, and systems – and not afraid to roll up your sleeves – this could be your ideal next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising a team of warehouse operatives across rotating shifts
Organising delivery routes and workflow to meet daily targets
Printing pick sheets and monitoring order accuracy
Inputting and maintaining accurate data using warehouse systems
Supporting with general warehouse tasks where needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
Confident with computers, stock systems, and data entry
Organised and adaptable with strong communication skills
Hands-on approach – happy to lead by example
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
What’s On Offer:
£32,000 – £33,500 per year depending on experience
