• Performing other general warehouse tasks.
• Acting as relief driver and delivering parts to customers when necessary.

Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Assistant at our Shrewsbury CSD branch.

Responsibilities

• Checking and putting away deliveries from suppliers.
• Ensuring anomalies with any orders are corrected (contact suppliers etc.).
• Picking parts and loading onto necessary bays.
• Ensure stock takes are completed as per rolling schedule.
• Other general warehouse tasks to maintain a smooth operation.
• You may also act as relief driver and when necessary be asked to deliver parts to customers using a provided company van.

Requirements

You will need to be physically fit as some lifting of heavy boxes and parts will be necessary and you must be able to work in a timely manner and have a great attention to detail.
