Overview

G R Employment Ltd are looking for part-time Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operative on behalf of one of our customers who are a worldwide market leader in parcel logistics. The position is based in Huntingdon. This is a temporary placement, but for the right candidate could go permanent.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Scan/process shipments
• Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Manual lifting of shipments is required
• Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after the end of shift
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Key focus areas / challenges

• Precise and careful handling of shipments
• Working to tight timeframes and deadlines
• Demonstrating excellent teamwork to meet SLAs

Shift and pay

• Shift Available: Monday to Friday 16:00 to 20:30
• Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour
• Shift Premium: Extra £2.71 per hour after 19:00 to 08:00
• Saturday Premium: Extra £1.18 per hour
• Sunday Premium: Extra £2.20 per hour
