Driver Hire Bournemouth and Salisbury are now offering an exciting temp‑perm opportunity for a Warehouse Operative with Forklift experience and a drivers licence in Bournemouth. Forklift experience is a MUST for this role, if you have no previous Forklift experience or do not have a valid UK Drivers licence you will not be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

• a valid UK Category B driving licence (max. 6 penalty points)
• previous Forklift experience- Valid ticket not essential
• previous picking / packing experience
• own reliable transport to travel to work
• physical fitness and familiarity with loading and unloading in a safe manner

Responsibilities

• adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle
• provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• safely operate our client’s vans to deliver goods
• load and unload goods from the van, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
