All the 'behind the scenes' staff are based at the HQ location.

We are looking for an experienced to join our growing logistics and operations team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative and Driver, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly — from managing stock and preparing IT equipment for deployment, to delivering and collecting goods and helping our Asset manager with maintenance of our van and car fleet.

No two days are the same; one day you might be helping configure IT hardware for engineers, and the next you could be on the road ensuring critical deliveries reach customer sites on time.

This is a hands-on role with real influence, ideal for someone who thrives in a growing business and wants to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking assets in and out of the warehouse
  • Deliver kit to site
  • Deliver kit to a field service engineer
  • Assist with the forklift driving within the warehouse
  • Organise company documents or assets
  • Assist with software such as Asset Management
  • Taking and picking up vehicles from our fleet.
  • Driving the forklift
  • Any other tasks as required.

SALARY: £26,000 per annum.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

TYPICAL WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 with a 1 Hour break throughout the day. Candidate should be advised that they may have to work different hours as and when required by the business.

OFFICE LOCATION: Vaughan Park, Tipton, DY4 7UJ

Candidate requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Feel confident driving Vans up to the size of a Luton
  • Forklift trained and certified
  • Proficient In Microsoft 365 Software
  • Good computing skills and confident using basic IT systems
  • Good communication skills (Both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Vibrant and Enthusiastic personality
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive with good attention to detail
  • Able to lift and move equipment safely
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
