Overview

iForce (Part of the Culina Group) is at the forefront of e-commerce fulfilment, returns processing and carrier management. With its own in-house technology infrastructure this underpins the iForce offering to customers.

We are now recruiting fora Skilled Warehouse Operativesto join our Team atiForce Corby (Geddington Road)on aFull time and permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE such as PPT
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Shifts and Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday rotating between AM and PM.

Salary:

• Non MHE - £25,369 per annum.
• MHE T1 - Reach, Counterbalance or VNA Licence holders - £26,369 per annum.
• MHE T2 - Hold at lest two valid licences of Reach, Counterbalance or VNA - £26,869 per annum.
• Rates above will be entitled to a 12.5% shift allowance.

Please note - LLOP, PPT or HLOP will not qualified for the T1 or T2 rates.

Qualifications

• Reach, Counterbalance or VNA Licences are desirable and will affect the basic salary.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
• Conscientious and reliable nature
