Hours: Rotational shift pattern - 12h days and nights

About the Role

A respected and long-established agricultural supply business in Carmarthen is looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support its busy distribution operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting a range of inward and outward goods transactions, including receiving, checking, and dispatching stock
  • Performing various warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, and preparing goods for delivery
  • Stock control, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies
  • Operating manual handling equipment safely and effectively (training provided if needed)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Following all company procedures relating to health & safety and quality
