A market leading printing company is looking for an organised Warehouse Manager able to think outside the box to join their ever growing team.

This role will be accountable for the Health & Safety and general welfare of the staff; ensuring all company policies are adhered to; keeping the overall performance of all Warehouse and Fulfilment activities in line with KPI targets; developing staff and ensuring that manning levels are set to achieve customers’ demands.

Metrics:

• Departmental performance targets – these are variable depending on the activity.
• Customer Complaints
• Ensuring flexibility across all shift
• Spoilage reduction overall year on year
• Health and Safety incidents to reduce year on year.

Candidates must have Warehouse, Fulfilment and Distribution process knowledge; strong communication skills; experience in managing a large department; and COSHH Health and Safety certification.
