Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Global Service Warehouse team in Salfords. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, stock, and ship inventory using warehouse systems
  • Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders
  • Organize transport to field stock locations and customer sites
  • Monitor and replenish Field Service Locations (FSLs)
  • Support return shipments (RMAs)
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues and suggest improvements
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience (MS Dynamics) preferred
  • Willingness to train in forklift operation (license desirable)
  • Good command of English
