Job description
Overview

Ward Sister/Charge Nurse is available at Clifton Park Hospital. You will be delivering exceptional standards of clinical care to surgical patients as part of a dedicated team and will report to the Ward Manager. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your nursing experience by managing a varied surgical case mix.

You will use your excellent clinical and evidence-based knowledge to actively contribute to service development across the perioperative pathway, identify opportunities, and support individuals in delivering high-quality patient care. You may be responsible for running the department in the ward manager’s absence, fostering a positive, blame-free, forward-thinking culture while supporting staff to meet their goals.

  • Contribute to service development across the perioperative pathway and support high-quality patient care.
