Qualifications

• Proficient and organized with good timekeeping.
• High-level IT skills and experience in customer service or healthcare environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage a varying workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service to patients and perform clerical duties.
• Work alongside MDT to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate attendance of patients onto the ward and update the Hive system.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of PAS and ICE

Microsoft Access Database

Able to maintain a calm, courteous, and efficient manner

Education

A good level of general education
