A community-focused charity in Highbury is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to assist young residents at risk of homelessness. The role involves ensuring safety, conducting health checks, and providing empathetic support. Suitable candidates will have strong communication skills and a desire to help others. This full-time position offers 25 days holiday, enhanced pension, and excellent training opportunities, with shifts running from 8 PM to 8:15 AM.

As our newest team member, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your unique personality and make a real impact on our young people and organisation. We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker (internally known as a Building Supervisor) to work in our supported accommodation buildings in Lydney, which provide 24/7 housing and support for young people aged 16‑25 who were homeless or at risk of homelessness. This is a full‑time position, working on a rolling rota basis (12.25‑hour shift: 8 pm‑8:15 am, 1 hour unpaid break).
