The Role

The Restaurant is located within our Audley Retirement village, which features a health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of owners who reside permanently on site in their private homes, as well as external customers. We offer everything from simple to fine cuisine in beautiful settings within heritage buildings, supported by our dedicated staff. As a growing luxury brand, we invest heavily in our people's training and development, making this an excellent opportunity to build your skills, take on diverse roles, and advance your hospitality career rapidly.

As our Waiter / Waitress, you will ensure that both Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality of service and experience. Your efforts will help create a warm welcome and provide seamless service to guests enjoying our restaurant and bistro. Your responsibilities include taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, assisting with guest suite service, answering owners' inquiries, monitoring stock levels, setting up for special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in hospitality and cash handling (preferable).
  • Prides in delivering excellent service and quality.
  • A proactive 'can-do' attitude with an organized approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Flexible and hands-on approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
  • Warm, professional, empathetic, and well-presented.
