Fatto a Mano is a fast-growing pizzeria known for serving some of the best Neapolitan pizza in the UK. We use traditional Neapolitan methods and top-quality ingredients to make pizza people love, and we’re all about creating a warm, relaxed experience for every customer.

What We’re Looking For

• Front of House Experience: You’ve worked in a busy hospitality environment and know how to create a great customer experience from start to finish.
• Table Service Experience: You’re confident and efficient with full table service, from greeting and taking orders to delivering food and handling payments.
• Friendly and Confident Communicator: You enjoy talking to people, whether it’s welcoming customers, answering questions, or checking in to see how their meal is going.
• Attention to Details: You take pride in your work, whether it’s setting the table just right or making sure every customer leaves happy.
• Team Player: You’re happy to jump in wherever needed, support your teammates, and help keep the good vibes going throughout the shift.
• Love for Hospitality: You genuinely enjoy being around people and creating a positive, memorable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and looking after customers throughout their visit.
• Working with the team to deliver smooth, high-energy service.
• Supporting various areas of service as needed, not just taking orders.
• Helping to keep the space clean, organised, and ready for customers.
