Job description
Overview

Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse, and more. We are actively recruiting for someone to volunteer a few hours a week at our central Bath property assisting the Service Manager and Support Worker in taking the clients out on activities/day trips both in and out of the property.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to tailor activities to the interests and abilities of participants both inside and outside the property. Ideas and research about what activities to do would also be welcomed.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
  • Creative and energetic approach to designing and leading activities.
  • Opportunities to work alongside other volunteers at the project.
