Responsibilities

• Oversee all Void Projects for the contract area.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Manage completion of works in line with KPI targets.
• Support subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide quotes to clients ensuring value for money.
• Liaise with various teams and external parties.
• Ensure compliance in safety standards.
• Attend weekly client meetings.
• Conduct post-inspections.

Job Description

As a Void supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all Void Projects for the specific contract area. Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. Additionally, you will manage a team of direct labour operatives and subcontractors, covering void maintenance. Projects will vary in scope. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting and complying with Health and Safety
• Overseeing completion of works in line with KPI targets
• Supporting subcontractors, clients and suppliers
• Working closely with office teams when coordinating works systematically
• Providing Quotes to clients ensuring value for money
• Liaising with Housing Teams, Lettings/energy suppliers and external parties
• Ensure 100% compliance in EICR, EPC, LGSR/Gas and Asbestos
• Attending weekly client meetings
• Conducting post-inspections

Your ability to motivate the team to ensure work completion is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on our sites.
