Job description

As a Visual Designer within the Entertainment division, you’ll help shape the visual identity and storytelling of TCC’s Entertainment solutions portfolio. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver compelling omni-channel creative assets that elevate licensed brands and original IPs, while driving retailer KPIs and consumer engagement.

This role requires a strong foundation in design principles, fluency in emerging tools and trends, and the ability to translate strategic direction into high-impact visuals across digital, print, and product formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute visual assets for Entertainment campaigns, including packaging, product visuals, pitch decks, sizzles, and omni-channel activations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Rewards Designers, Category Managers, and Licensing teams to ensure brand alignment and creative excellence.
  • Translate strategic briefs into engaging design concepts that support commercial goals and licensor guidelines.
  • Support licensor pitches with high-quality visuals and manage creative elements throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain design systems and templates for global use, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to campaign narratives and visual storytelling that resonate with consumers and clients.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations, articulating design decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies through global events, trade fairs, and ongoing research.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
Core Design & Technical Skills
  • Creative Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge), Figma, Canva
  • Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams – for presentations, collaboration, and documentation
  • Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of font psychology, glyphs, and responsive design
  • 2D & 3D Design: Concepting, packaging, and product visualization for loyalty and retail campaigns
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Experience with After Effects and Blender
  • Video Editing: Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript
  • AI Design Tools: Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney
  • Web & App Design: Responsive design for mobile and desktop platforms
  • UX/UI Design: Wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
AI Literacy & Automation
  • Use AI tools for layout suggestions, image generation, and automating repetitive tasks (e.g., background removal)
Soft Skills & Collaboration
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively across departments and mentoring junior designers
  • Adaptable and curious, open to feedback and new technologies
