Compensation : £38,000 – £45,000 + Benefit Scheme + 27 Days Paid Holiday + Private Healthcare

Now, as we continue to scale rapidly, we're hiring a Video Director to join our growing Production team. This role will be a key part of our Performance Creative division, developing, shooting, and optimising high-impact video ads across our high-production ad division. At Hambi, we operate as the bolt‑on in‑house creative team for top D2C brands, strategising, creating, and iterating performance content that drives real growth. You’ll bridge creativity and performance, directing high-impact ads, testimonials and brand films for Meta and TikTok, and iterating based on data insights. You’ll collaborate closely with Strategists and Producers to deliver bold, human‑centred visual content that drives measurable results.
