A global news organization is seeking an experienced Video Editor/Producer to join their Newsgathering department in London. The role involves editing various news content, collaborating with creative teams, and mentoring junior editors. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. The position offers a hybrid working model, balancing remote and in-office work, allowing flexibility in scheduling especially during breaking news events. The candidate should be adaptable and able to make quick editorial decisions under pressure.
We are looking for the Video Editor/Producer who will play a critical role in CNN’s Newsgathering department in London. This position focuses on two key areas: delivering the highest-quality multiplatform output under tight deadlines for London’s Newsgathering unit, and working with your Managers, and Senior Editors to develop and implement workflows, technologies, and efficiencies.
This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
