Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Venue Host to support the setup and smooth operation of events at our schools in the Clacton area. The primary responsibility of the Venue Host is to manage access to a clean, safe venue, enabling local clubs to conduct their activities effectively. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent face-to-face communication and customer service skills. The role is based at three different schools in Clacton. This is a casual position with varying hours each week, including evenings (5pm-10pm) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). A driving license and own vehicle are advantageous.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Opening and locking venues, including alarm settings and disarming.
  2. Assisting clients with leisure, sporting activities, and other events.
  3. Ensuring venues are clean before and after activities.
  4. Key holding duties.
  5. Signing in and managing clients.
  6. Performing light porterage tasks.
  7. Liaising with school site teams.
