A leading automotive technology firm in Swadlincote seeks an experienced Diagnostic Technician to transition from workshop to an office-based role. Responsibilities include providing diagnostic support and training users on software and tools. Candidates should possess NVQ qualifications and extensive motor trade experience. The role offers professional development and requires strong communication skills.
We are a looking to appoint an experienced Diagnostic Technician who is looking to “get off the concrete” and into a more office-based role with opportunitytoprogress away from the workshop.
They will be joining the UK’s leading supplier of commercial vehicle diagnostic equipment and software and must have the motivation and confidence to provide support and training to our users.
Who We’re Looking For:
The Diagnostic Technician we are looking for will have worked within motor trade for over 5 years and be a qualified mechanic.
Ideally they have attended a variety of OEM/manufacturer training courses and have direct experience of using truck, busor car diagnostic tools and software.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a challenge, someone who is outgoing by nature and capable of training/helping other technicians to use the Eclipse equipment to best advantage.

Additional training and full support will be provided for the chosen candidate.
The working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with 30 mins lunch break.
