Overview

Vehicle Restoration Specialist — Contract Type: Temporary. Location: Rochester (Driving essential due to location). Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip and fit vehicle panels with accuracy and care.
  • Carry out high-quality repairs using approved methods.
  • Remove dents using tools such as pin pullers, slide hammers, and panel beating hammers.
  • Complete both minor and major filler work on panels.
  • Support the wider bodyshop team across departments when needed.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support junior staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
