Job description

Van Driver

12.21 - 12.50per hour - Weekly Pay

Will be delivering vans to the North - mainly Scotland area.

Duties involve dropping a vehicle off - explain the features of the vehicle to the person collecting it - picking up another vehicle and travelling back.

• Have a clean license with DVLA code check in place
• Able to drive 3.5t vans
• Deliveries will be UK wide
• A return collection vehicle following the delivery
• Must be able to use a phone app as there is an electronic handover and collection inspection.

Based from Cannock

This is not Multi drop or parcel delivery

Experience of a Van Driver

• Must be able to drive a 3.5 tonne vans
• Very early starts - will need to be in Scotland, before 10am
• Quality inspections
• Be able to understand and explain what the van does - how it works and functions / special features (training will be given)
• Good communication skills
• Previous Van driver experience - this is not multi drop or parcel delivery

Duties of a Van Driver

• Travelling predominately to Scotland before 10am
• Handing over the vehicle and explaining the functions to the collecting agent
• Inspecting the second vehicle - monitoring any defects
• Driving back to Cannock
• Will be long hours
