Valuation Surveyor (Commercial / residential)

£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Private Healthcare + Company Bonus + Ongoing training and CPD support

Hybrid - Office based in Exeter or Bristol

Are you an MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor looking for a dynamic role where you can play a key part in the success of a forward-thinking consultancy that offers clear progression to Director, company bonuses, a company car, and ongoing training to upskill yourself?

This leading property consultancy, established over 30 years ago, delivers expert valuation, surveying, and property management services across the South West. With steady growth and multiple offices, they have built a strong regional presence, supporting clients from private individuals to major corporations across both commercial and residential sectors.

In this role, you will carry out property inspections and produce accurate valuation reports across a variety of commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients to provide clear, well-reasoned advice while staying up to date with market trends and RICS standards. Based across East Devon and West Dorset, this is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

This role would suit an MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor looking for a dynamic position within a forward-thinking consultancy, offering exposure to commercial and residential properties, the chance to develop their skills further, and benefits including a company car and clear progression to Director.

The Role

• Carrying out property inspections, measurements, and carrying out work in line with RICS standards
• Work within a Valuation team of 13
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the process
• Monday-Friday (9AM-5:30PM)

The Person

• MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer (essential)
• Proven experience preparing valuation reports across commercial and residential properties
• Commutable to the Exeter or Bristol office
