Overview

A newly opened private clinic in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced registered nurse with strong urgent care capability. This is an opportunity to work within a refined, consultant‑led environment that cares for discerning private patients who expect exceptional clinical accuracy, absolute discretion and consistently outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out swift triage, assessments and observations for urgent presentations.
  • Record clinical histories, symptoms and vital signs to support timely decisions.
  • Prepare patients for X-ray, ultrasound and point‑of‑care diagnostic testing.
  • Assist with wound care, dressings, minor injuries and urgent treatments.
  • Support dermatology procedures, including biopsies, excisions and lesion management.
  • Provide aftercare, wound reviews and suture removal.
  • Assist with paediatric assessments, investigations and observations.
  • Prepare children for imaging and diagnostic tests with a calm, reassuring approach.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, infection control standards and organised clinical rooms.
  • Coordinate smooth patient flow and provide a composed, patient‑focused presence.
Qualifications
  • Experience within Accident and Emergency or urgent care settings.
  • Strong triage skills and ability to manage acute presentations confidently.
  • Experience supporting diagnostics such as X-ray, ultrasound and point‑of‑care testing.
  • Competence in wound management, minor procedures and emergency interventions.
  • Calm, structured approach to assessing, prioritising and escalating patients.
  • High‑level communication skills with an ability to reassure adults, children and families.
  • Professional, discreet and comfortable supporting VIP and high net worth patients.
