A leading international testing solutions provider in Millbrook seeks an undergraduate assistant to support Event Managers in planning and executing B2B events. Responsibilities include managing Aston Martin events and ensuring smooth operations. Applicants should be studying Event Management or a similar field and have strong interpersonal skills. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

UTAC Millbrook offers five unique venues, with the capacity to run indoor events for between 30 and 700 delegates and outdoor space to accommodate up to 5,000. The Events team at UTAC Millbrook is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of experiential events, mainly working with our agency clients for customers in the automotive industry and a small number of other clients. These events primarily comprise automotive product launches & associated training and exhibitions, with a significant proportion of these using our famous test tracks, either as a core element when dealing with automotive customers, or to enhance events for other industry sectors.

Supporting the Event Managers, the successful candidates will be responsible for the planning and execution of a range of B2B events. Duties will include client liaison, management of event staff, AV deployment, set design and build, Health & Safety etc. As the placement progresses, undergraduates will take responsibility for running their own events, including management of the Aston Martin events, that take place in a dedicated venue: The Aston Martin Clubhouse.
