• Experience servicing smoke ventilation projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
• Able to physically check, maintain and diagnose mechanical & electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside engineers servicing smoke ventilation projects on site.
• Ensure compliance with BS9999 and building regulations.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask

Self-motivated and ambitious

Understanding of electrical control systems

Experience of software based controls systems

Problem-solving abilities

Site experience, ideally holding a CSCS Card

Education

18th Edition Electrical qualification or other recognised electrical qualification
