Qualifications

• Experience in property leadership roles across a geography.
• Diligent, organized, and creative; able to translate strategic plans into actions.
• Strong financial understanding of P&L, ROI, and investment.
• Must have a Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, communicate, and deliver the Property & portfolio strategic growth plan.
• Project manage cross-functional support office teams to execute property plans.
• Influence and engage key stakeholders within the property framework.
• Manage contractors and suppliers for Boots Opticians Property.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule stores within BOPS property growth plans.
