Job’s mission
Lead the Glaucoma Franchise marketing strategy across EMEA, with full accountability for driving the performance and lifecycle management of Roclanda and Catiolanze. This role will focus on transforming Roclanda into a trusted and targeted solution for key glaucoma patient segments, while reinforcing Catiolanze’s product differentiation and launch success through its dual benefit positioning. The role supports the execution of the broader glaucoma portfolio strategy by enabling country teams, strengthening clinical confidence, overcoming growth barriers, and positioning Santen as a long-term partner in individualized glaucoma treatment.
