Job summary

A legal support firm in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Trilingual First Response Advisor to address incoming client inquiries in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. The successful candidate will ensure smooth client interactions by accurately capturing inquiries and providing information. The role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in administrative roles is desirable but not essential. This position is a full-time permanent role with an annual salary of £22,250.

About You
