A legal support firm in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Trilingual First Response Advisor to address incoming client inquiries in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. ClientSupport:Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.
CaseAdministration:Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.
TeamCoordination:Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.
Compliance:Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirm’scomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.
