• Manage, mentor, and motivate a talented team of travel consultants, ensuring excellence in service and performance.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both direct clients and travel agents, acting as the main point of contact for enquiries and itinerary planning.
• Craft unique, high-end itineraries that showcase the very best of Switzerland, tailored precisely to client preferences and needs.
• Oversee the entire booking process from inquiry to execution ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly.
• Maintain and grow relationships with trusted local guides, accommodation providers, and experience suppliers to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Source and book premium hotels, exclusive experiences, and transport arrangements to create seamless, luxurious travel experiences.
• Collaborate on enhancing our clients portfolio of custom experiences, helping to shape innovative new offerings and refine existing ones.
