Are you an experienced Transport Planner looking to join a dynamic and growing logistics team? We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual to manage and optimise road freight operations using our industry-leading systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate road freight movements efficiently across the UK and Europe.
  • Utilise TOPS (Transport Operations Planning System) to manage daily transport schedules.
  • Work with VBS (Vehicle Booking System) and CBS (Container Booking System) to streamline container and vehicle logistics.
  • Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Monitor transport performance and resolve any operational issues swiftly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in road freight planning and logistics coordination.
  • Working knowledge of TOPS, VBS, and CBS systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
