A global service provider in the UK seeks a Service Transition Manager to coordinate service design and transition activities. This role requires expertise in ITIL V3/V4, project coordination, and risk management, alongside a strong understanding of change processes. The successful candidate will ensure smooth transitions of end-user services with a focus on quality and efficiency, while also supporting various governance needs. A competitive salary up to £65,000 plus benefits is offered.
We are looking for a skilled Service Transition Manager to join our IS&T team. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver Service Design and Transition activities across Sodexo, working closely with project, technical and operational teams to ensure smooth, well governed transitions of end user services. You'll promote best practice ITSM processes, support consistent standards, and help strengthen our service quality as new solutions move into live operation.

Up to £65,000 depending on experience plus bonus
