Essential skills

• 4 years industry or consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy delivering transformation projects and programmes with technology and digital focus.
• A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships both with clients and colleagues.
• A keen interest in playing a role within the AD3 Team supporting the development of compelling propositions and integrating with Sector teams.
• Cross-sector experience is valuable ideally including Life Sciences Energy & Utilities and / or Finanical Services.

Experience

• Experience of working within project and programme delivery environments supporting successful outcomes for clients across business and technology change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) disciplines and technology-enabled delivery with a desire to grow expertise in this area.
• Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery with experience applying Agile principles in a team environment.
• A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships both with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and present information clearly.
• Preferably experience in supporting and developing bids proposals and propositions.

• A total cash package in excess of £60,150 comprising of a base salary of £45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
• 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
