Job description
Overview

This is a joint role as part of the Transformation Team across Stockport Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust. The key focus of this role is to support Transformation projects, National Initiatives and Improvement work across both Trusts through the development of various promotion and communication materials. The post holder will take a lead role in supporting improvement work across both organisations, including managing all communications for the teams, planning and delivering promotional events, and overseeing or developing all visual content produced by the Transformation Teams at both Trusts. This includes management and facilitation of the Annual Transformation Events on both sites. The post holder is expected to exercise initiative with an understanding of the objectives of both organisations underpinning promotional communications and will respect and adhere to the Values and behaviours of both organisations. The post holder will be an organised and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the request process for all requests for creative improvement support for both Stockport and Tameside, and assistance in prioritising workload.
  • Creation of audio and visual resources to support improvement initiatives and other requests from both Stockport and Tameside.
  • Identifying and developing new digital and visual solutions and ways to engage with colleagues and service users to develop the Transformation offer.
  • Working with operational, medical and clinical staff as well as engaging with service users to ensure the most effective form of media or communication is used; this may require negotiation around appropriate approaches.
  • Gathering and analysing data to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of various content development as necessary.
  • Arranging and planning the Annual Transformation events, managing all event administration, documentation, personnel and attendees.
  • Managing the Transformation Teams’ social media accounts, including developing and delivering social media communications plans; tailoring campaigns for specific platforms and demographics.
  • Liaising with the communication teams on both sites to share skills and successes and to ensure branding is in line with Trust standards.
