This is a joint role as part of the Transformation Team across Stockport Foundation Trust and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care Foundation Trust. The key focus of this role is to support Transformation projects, National Initiatives and Improvement work across both Trusts through the development of various promotion and communication materials. The post holder will take a lead role in supporting improvement work across both organisations, including managing all communications for the teams, planning and delivering promotional events, and overseeing or developing all visual content produced by the Transformation Teams at both Trusts. This includes management and facilitation of the Annual Transformation Events on both sites. The post holder is expected to exercise initiative with an understanding of the objectives of both organisations underpinning promotional communications and will respect and adhere to the Values and behaviours of both organisations. The post holder will be an organised and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
