We are working on an excellent opportunity with a Tier 1 rated Offshore firm in Bermuda, seeking an associate to join their transactional team. Our client, a highly regarded firm in the Caribbean, has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio.

This role is suitable for someone aiming to advance their career by engaging in high-value, multi-jurisdictional work with a slower pace of life.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-8 PQE
• Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
• Experience in Corporate, Funds, or Banking & Finance
• Excellent academic record
• Experience from a leading law firm
