The training manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge, skills and performance of Vanguard's UK Personal Investor Client Services crew. Responsible for leading a small team of training specialists, the Training Manager ensures that all crew are equipped to deliver seamless, high quality client experiences through a variety of channels. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, governance and hands on collaboration with subject matter experts and extended stakeholders to design and deliver training that supports both immediate business knowledge needs and long-term capability development.
