A leading educational services provider in Rugby is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Education Manager in managing curriculum effectively. The successful candidate will lead on quality assurance, ensuring that standards are raised and performance indicators are met. Ideal applicants will possess a relevant degree, a teaching qualification, and significant teaching experience. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced team as part of prison education. You will support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum, ensuring needs of learners and employers are met.
You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators.

Salary: From 35,000 per annum
