Job description

We're looking for a Training Centre Co-ordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Transportation Training Centre. In this role you'll manage and maintain training records linked to the Centre's various Awarding Organisation (AO) accreditations, including LANTRA, City & Guilds, DVSA, NPORS, NUCO, CABWI, UKATA, IOSH, TOPSET and CITB (Site Safety Plus).

Nationwide - remote working with some travel to the office required

Contract

Permanent Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary

£28,000 - £30,000 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Training Centre Co-ordinator, you'll support the effective day-to-day running of the Transportation Training Centre. This includes managing training records for centre staff, affiliated trainers and assessors; recording all training and assessments processed through the centre; supporting operations including promoting accredited training to supply chain partners and external clients.

Your day to day will include:
  • Carrying out daily tasks relating to the recording, processing and uploading of training and assessment activity in line with AO requirements
  • Supporting Transportation contracts with administrative queries relating to accredited training
  • Being available to support Centre audits and standardisation meetings when required
  • Compiling centre related data to generate accurate reports covering key metrics
  • Overseeing and coordinating all corporate training activities including e-learning, compliance related and developmental activity for all employees throughout their learning pathway
What are we looking for?
  • Excellent administrative skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with staff at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
