An educational institution in Accrington is looking for a passionate Training and Development Coach in Engineering. This role involves supporting apprentices through tailored coaching, delivering quality training sessions, and building strong employer relationships. Ideal candidates will have experience as a qualified Assessor and a strong grasp of apprenticeship standards. Salary: Up to £37, 417.20 per annum, depending on qualification/experience

You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high‑quality training and assessments – supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to excel in their roles and achieve high grades at End Point Assessment.
You’ll work closely with employers across Lancashire, supporting their business needs and helping shape a curriculum that reflects the latest developments in the sector. The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington but may be required to travel across sites.
