The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent and building long-term client relationships. You’ll be trained to manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Developing new business opportunities and building client partnerships
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Working alongside experienced consultants and directors to learn best-in-class recruitment methods
